30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Noveé. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Hygiene Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, the Noveé corrector can only be returned if it is unused, unworn and in its original, sealed packaging. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
